You will receive a refund only if your event has officially been cancelled. If the event was postponed or rescheduled, we are not able to refund your order as the tickets will still be valid for the new date.
Occasionally, our sellers will need the tickets to be returned to them in order to receive a refund. In the event that this does happen, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to use to send the tickets back. If you do not receive an email to ship them back after 30 days, you may discard your tickets.
